Service Advisers

We need enthusiastic, team spirited and committed people to provide a good quality and efficient service to our customers over the telephone, ensuring an accurate and friendly service at all times. You will enjoy using your initiative to solve queries and take enormous satisfaction from providing good accurate information.

Sales Advisers

As part of our friendly telephone sales team you’ll be helping new and existing customers find the holidays to meet their needs. With an unlimited bonus available if you exceed your personal targets, we’ll make sure you’re motivated to help our Customers book their dream holiday.

For the above positions, if you’ve already got customer service, telesales or sales experience that’s great. What we’re really interested in is your personality, your confidence and your energy. Our next comprehensive induction course starts in August 2008. HR Trainee


HR department

We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for their first career move into Human Resources.

This busy full time HR position will provide you with a wide variety of tasks and experiences. In addition to supporting the team with the day to day administrative functions, such as issuing contracts of employment, obtaining and processing new employee paperwork and setting them up on our HR database, you will also play a supporting role in recruitment and training, assist with the monthly payroll, monitor and maintain absence records, and update our polices and procedures ensuring they are posted onto the intranet.

This generalist HR role calls for someone with bags of energy and enthusiasm, is highly organised, has well developed interpersonal skills and ideally has proven work experience which can demonstrate attention to detail and dealing with confidential information.

In return, we will train and develop you in all areas of HR and support you through your HR studies.

Weekend Duty Officer


Duty Office

We’re looking for a highly organised person, with excellent customer service skills to join our busy duty office to provide essential support to customers, suppliers and colleagues out of normal office hours.

Working one day out of every weekend, typically 10 to 12 hours per shift, you’ll handle any emergency calls that come in dealing with queries promptly and professionally. Occasional overtime during the weekends, Bank Holidays and evenings during the week may be necessary.

Chief Operating Officer


Reporting to the Group Chief Executive this is a Board level position that will assist in the delivery of the operational strategy of the group and make a significant contribution to the future success.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the Group’s strategy across the Call Centre, Customer Services, UK and Overseas product delivery and Human Resources.
  • Optimising telephone sales of holidays, insurance and additional extras as well as overseas excursions through our Tour Managers.
  • Driving improvements in customer service delivery across the business and driving efficiency where appropriate.
  • Working closely with other members of the senior team to improve overall performance.

The successful applicant will have a background in Operational Management preferably gained in a similar role within the travel industry. You will have a strong commercial awareness of the travel market generally.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results and must have an aptitude for data insight. Candidates must have a creative and influential approach to bringing in new ideas and the ability to implement change. Excellent leadership qualities and people management capabilities are essential.
